Role Description The Civil Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Andar. The Civil Engineer will oversee and execute civil engineering activities, including design review, site supervision, and coordination with contractors and internal teams. Responsibilities include preparing and interpreting drawings, monitoring construction progress, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations, and supporting planning and scheduling of project tasks. The role also involves performing basic calculations, assisting with stormwater and drainage solutions where required, preparing technical reports, and participating in site inspections and quality checks. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong skills in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering principles. • Candidates should possess skills relevant to Civil Engineers, including site supervision and project coordination. • Candidates should possess planning skills for managing project timelines, resources, and construction activities. • Candidates should possess understanding of Stormwater Management and related drainage systems, where applicable. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field. • Knowledge of construction codes, standards, and safety practices. • Proficiency with engineering and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD or similar software) is beneficial. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site in a team environment.
