Product Manager — (EdTech) Experience: 5+ years in product management About the Role We’re hiring a Product Manager to own product strategy and execution for our EdTech platform — from roadmap to launch to iteration, driven by data and direct user insight. Responsibilities Define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing business goals with learner outcomes Translate user needs into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria Align cross-functional stakeholders — engineering, design, content, marketing, and sales — around a shared roadmap and prioritization decisions Analyze usage data (engagement, retention, completion rates) to guide decisions Run user research to understand learner motivations, drop-off points, and unmet needs Own go-to-market coordination for new features and launches Be the internal “voice of the customer” — represent user needs in every tradeoff conversation Requirements 5+ years as a PM, with experience in subscription/SaaS products or consumer engagement apps (direct-to-consumer background strongly preferred; EdTech domain a plus) Strong data literacy (SQL/Excel/analytics tools) Comfortable working closely with engineers — technical enough to understand tradeoffs Experience with agile workflows using Jira Excellent written communication — clear PRDs, specs, and roadmap docs Nice to Have Familiarity with gamification/engagement mechanics Subscription/retention optimization experience Experience with A/B testing frameworks Work Location: In person Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year Application Question(s) • What's your current CTC? • What's your expecting CTC? • What is your notice period?
