Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Director, Product Management to lead strategic product initiatives across our global payments portfolio. This role will serve as a trusted partner and leadership backup to the Executive Director of Product Management while driving cross-product transformation programs and organizational excellence. This position can be based in either Chennai or Pune - in hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities • Strategic product leadership and portfolio governance • Lead cross-product initiatives including ISO 20022 modernization, AI/Agentic initiatives and value-added services • Manage Product Owners, Business Analysts and Training & Documentation teams • Drive market research and competitive positioning • Establish operating metrics, governance and execution excellence across product lines Required Experience • 15+ years in Payments, Banking Technology or FinTech • 5+ years leading product teams in a product organization • Experience working with payment platform providers or enterprise payments products • Proven track record of leading global and distributed teams Payments Domain Expertise • Cross-border payments • Real-time payments • ACH, SWIFT, Fedwire, CHIPS, SEPA, CHAPS • Corporate banking, cash management and treasury ISO 20022 Expertise • Deep understanding of ISO 20022 standards • Experience with pacs, pain and camt message families • Hands-on involvement in modernization and migration initiatives Leadership Competencies • Strategic thinking • Executive communication • People leadership and coaching • Program execution and stakeholder management Equal Opportunity Statement: At Volante Technologies, we believe diversity drives innovation and inclusion fuels success.
