The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities * Understand and document business requirements. • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders. • Analyze existing business processes and workflows. • Identify gaps and recommend suitable solutions. • Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and reports. • Analyze KPIs and business performance. • Work closely with developers and project teams. • Support testing and validate business requirements. Required Skills * Requirement Gathering & Analysis • Business Process Modeling • MS Excel • SQL • Power BI / Tableau • BRD & FRD Documentation • Data Visualization • Stakeholder Management • Critical Thinking • Communication & Presentation Eligibility * Graduate in Business, IT, Computer Science, Management, or a related discipline. • Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of relevant experience are welcome. • Candidates with business analysis projects or internship experience are preferred.
