Business Analyst / Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Data Analyst to support the development of a strategic internal data solution. This fully remote role will play a key part in enabling our sales organization with data-driven insights, scalable data models, and intelligent analytics tools to drive commercial growth. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders, act as a subject-matter expert on data models and pipelines, and help translate business needs into robust analytical solutions. Key Responsibilities • Analyze business requirements and translate them into data and analytical solutions • Design, understand, and work with complex data models (canonical, shared, and medallion architectures) • Contribute to the development and optimization of ETL pipelines and data workflows • Serve as the go-to data expert within the team, providing guidance and support • Collaborate with sales and business teams to deliver actionable insights • Ensure data quality, consistency, lineage, and historization across datasets • Support continuous improvement of internal data platforms and tools Required Qualifications • 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Data Analyst • Experience with data modeling, including: • Medallion Architecture • Canonical Data Models • Shared Data Models Hands-on experience with ETL and data processing tools, such as: • dbt • Alteryx • Airflow • Microsoft Fabric Pipelines • Logic Apps • Power Automate • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new business data models • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills To send your resume directly to me add me on Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/by13 Pay: From ₹90,000.00 per month Benefits: • Health insurance • Internet reimbursement • Life insurance • Paid sick time • Paid time off • Provident Fund • Work from home Application Question(s): • Have you sent a LinkedIn connection request to the profile link given in the job description?
