🚀 We’re Hiring: Product Manager – Mobile & Web Applications 📍 Pune | Full-Time 💼 Experience: 5–7 Years 💰 CTC: ₹20–25 LPA 🏢 Company: Yagy Tech Private Limited 🌐 Brands: Mealawe | DeskDyne | Navmool Yagy Tech is building an Applied AI-powered food infrastructure platform connecting consumer meal subscriptions, workplace dining, cafeteria technology and commercial kitchen supply chains. We are looking for a design-led and execution-focused Product Manager who can transform complex business and user problems into intuitive, scalable and high-performing mobile and web applications. This is not a project coordination or requirement-gathering role. The selected candidate must be capable of independently conducting product discovery, designing workflows, creating wireframes and prototypes, writing detailed requirements, collaborating with engineering teams and measuring product outcomes. What You’ll Own ✅ Product strategy and roadmap for mobile and web applications ✅ Customer, vendor, enterprise and internal operations user journeys ✅ Product discovery, user research and problem validation ✅ Information architecture, user flows, wireframes and prototypes ✅ Product Requirement Documents, user stories and acceptance criteria ✅ Collaboration with UI/UX, engineering, QA, sales and operations teams ✅ Product launches, adoption, analytics and continuous improvement ✅ Consumer subscription, ordering, payment, renewal and support journeys ✅ B2B SaaS workflows involving approvals, SLAs, reports, dashboards and role-based access ✅ AI-enabled product experiences and internal workflow automation AI-First Product Development Is Mandatory The candidate must be proficient in using AI-assisted tools to improve product quality and significantly reduce development timelines. You should be able to use AI for: • Rapid wireframing and interactive prototyping • Generating and evaluating multiple UI/UX concepts • User-flow and information-architecture development • UX writing, microcopy and content variations • Product research and competitor analysis • Converting business discussions into structured PRDs • Creating user stories, acceptance criteria and edge cases • Analysing customer feedback and support data • Generating test scenarios and usability-testing plans • Design-to-code collaboration and developer handover • Rapid experimentation and product iteration Experience with tools such as Figma AI, FigJam AI, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Lovable, Bolt, v0, Uizard, Framer AI or equivalent AI-assisted product and design tools will be strongly preferred. The candidate should understand where AI can accelerate work and where human product judgement, user research and design validation remain essential. Required Experience • 5–7 years of experience in product management, product design, UX design or related product roles • At least 3 years of direct ownership of mobile or web-based products • Strong hands-on proficiency in UI, UX and interaction design • Proficiency in Figma, FigJam or equivalent design and prototyping tools • Demonstrated experience using AI tools in product design and development workflows • Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria • Experience working directly with software engineering and QA teams • Strong understanding of product analytics, funnels, conversion and user behaviour • Experience taking a product or major feature from discovery to launch and optimisation • Experience in a product company, SaaS business, consumer internet company, marketplace or technology startup Preferred Background • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design or a related discipline • Formal education in product design will be strongly preferred • Experience with consumer apps, subscriptions, payments, logistics, marketplaces or B2B SaaS • Exposure to food-tech, commerce, CRM, supply chain or operational technology products • Experience working directly with founders or senior business leadership • Experience in fast-moving startup environments Candidates May Not Be Suitable If • Their experience is primarily in IT services or client delivery • They have worked mainly as a project coordinator or business analyst • They depend entirely on separate UI/UX teams for product design • They have not personally created wireframes, user flows or prototypes • They have not owned measurable product outcomes • They use AI only for basic content generation and not for product development • They cannot demonstrate their individual contribution to products in their portfolio What We Will Evaluate • Quality of product thinking • Ability to simplify complex workflows • UI/UX judgement and attention to detail • Hands-on proficiency with Figma and AI-assisted tools • Product portfolio and individual contribution • Ability to collaborate with engineers • Understanding of users, analytics and business outcomes • Speed and quality of execution • Ownership, accountability and decision-making ability Application Requirements Please apply with: • Updated résumé • Product portfolio or case studies • Links to mobile or web products you have worked on • Details of your individual contribution • One example of how you used AI to accelerate product design or development • Before-and-after metrics from a product improvement you personally led Candidates shortlisted after the initial screening will be required to complete a practical product-design and AI-assisted prototyping exercise.
