Job Role: Senior Engineer - Civil (High Rise Residential) Job Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer - Civil to manage site execution for high-rise residential projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience in RCC, Mivan formwork, and finishing works. Key Responsibilities • Oversee civil execution activities for high-rise residential projects. • Manage RCC, Mivan/aluminium formwork, masonry, waterproofing, and finishing works. • Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications. • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams. • Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and snagging/de-snagging activities. • Resolve technical and site-related issues to ensure timely completion of work. • Ensure adherence to construction standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. Mandatory Requirements • 6-8 years of relevant experience in High-rise residential construction. • Hands-on experience in RCC and Mivan/aluminium formwork. • Practical knowledge of masonry, waterproofing, and finishing works. • Strong understanding of site execution, quality control, and construction drawings. • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Strong client-facing personality and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
