Job Description Assistant PV Team Leader Position: Assistant PV Team Leader Experience: 2 4 Years Preferred Experience: Team Leader experience in BGV / BPO / Field Verification Department: Operations Location: Bangalore About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Assistant PV Team Leader to support the Physical Verification (PV) operations team. The candidate will supervise field verification activities, monitor team performance, ensure TAT and quality standards, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of verification assignments. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of PV Executives / Field Verification Executives . Allocate physical verification cases to field executives based on location, workload, and priority. Monitor daily field activities and ensure timely completion of assigned cases. Track and ensure compliance with defined TAT, productivity, and quality parameters . Conduct regular follow-ups with field executives regarding pending, delayed, or difficult cases. Ensure field executives follow company SOPs, verification procedures, and client requirements . Coordinate with internal operations and client-facing teams for case-related queries and updates. Prepare and maintain daily/weekly team performance and status reports . Monitor team productivity and provide regular feedback to team members. Assist in training and onboarding new PV Executives. Handle first-level escalations from field executives and resolve operational issues. Assist in identifying process gaps and suggest improvements to increase productivity and quality. Required Skills & Qualifications 2 4 years of experience , preferably with Team Leader/Senior Executive experience in BGV, BPO, Field Verification, Field Operations, or similar operations . Previous experience in managing or supervising a field/verification team is preferred. Strong team handling and people management skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple cases and work within strict TAT. Basic proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting tools . Comfortable working with operational targets and performance metrics. Good knowledge of local areas and navigation applications.
