Job Title -Compliance Executive (NAPS-Intern ) Experience: Fresher Current opening : 1 Location: Broadway Building, 27th Main Rd, Sector 2, Agara Village, 1st Sector, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102 Joining Preference: Immediate Joiners Preferred Stipend: 15,000 + 1,500 DBT 11 Months contract post that based on performance full time role will be offered. Joining: Immediate joiners preferred https://www.cielhr.com/ Register eligible employees under the ESIC scheme. Generate and update ESIC numbers for employees. Maintain employee ESIC records and documentation. Process ESIC-related claims such as sickness, maternity, temporary disability, and dependent benefits. Coordinate with employees, hospitals, dispensaries, and ESIC offices for claim settlements. Handle ESIC inspections and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Prepare and submit ESIC reports and returns within prescribed timelines. Monitor employee eligibility and contribution details. Resolve employee queries related to ESIC benefits and claims. Maintain accurate MIS reports and compliance records. Liaise with internal HR, payroll, and operations teams for ESIC-related activities. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
