Job Title: Operations Intern HR Operations (NAPS) Experience: 0 1 Year Current Openings: 2 Location: Broadway Building, 27th Main Rd, Sector 2, Agara Village, 1st Sector, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102 Stipend: 15,000 + 1,500 DBT (based on the performance full time conversion after 3-6 months) Joining Preference: Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Operations Interns to join our team under the NAPS program . This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and Operations. The selected candidates will gain hands-on exposure to various HR operational activities, employee coordination, documentation, onboarding, and day-to-day HR processes. Key Responsibilities Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. Support the employee onboarding and documentation process. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Coordinate with internal teams and employees for required documentation and information. Assist with joining formalities and employee communication. Support attendance, leave, and other HR-related data management. Help ensure proper maintenance of employee files and records. Assist the HR team with reports, trackers, and MIS. Coordinate with different stakeholders for smooth HR operations. Support other HR and operational activities as assigned by the team. Eligibility Criteria Freshers are welcome to apply. Bachelor's degree or candidates currently pursuing/recently completed studies in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field are preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and other MS Office tools. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates who are willing to learn and build a career in HR Operations.
