Customer Support Executive

Job Summary We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive with a strong understanding of SQL and database concepts. The ideal candidate should have a technical educational background and experience in customer support, preferably within the IT or software industry. Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries and provide timely, effective resolutions through calls, emails, or other support channels. Troubleshoot technical issues and assist customers with software or application-related problems. Use SQL queries to retrieve, analyze, and validate data for issue resolution. Identify, investigate, and resolve customer-reported technical issues. Coordinate with internal technical and development teams to resolve complex issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions. Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Document recurring issues and contribute to improving support processes. Required Skills and Qualifications 1 2 years of experience in customer support or technical support. B.Tech, B.E., BCA, or a similar technical qualification. Strong knowledge of SQL is mandatory. Good understanding of databases, queries, and data retrieval. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to understand technical issues and explain solutions clearly to customers. Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt. Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with experience in the IT, software, or technology industry are preferred. Experience in application support, product support, or technical customer service will be an added advantage.
