IT Recruiter (3+Years)

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Recruiter with 3 6 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a great candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for technical positions across various technologies. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback. Manage offer negotiations, salary discussions, and candidate onboarding. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals. Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment strategies. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Required Skills 3 6 years of experience in IT recruitment. Strong knowledge of IT technologies, technical roles, and recruitment processes. Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms. Excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR or related field preferred).
