Job Title: Payroll & Operations Company: Ciel HR Services Pvt Ltd (Client Implant role) Number of Openings: 1 Location: No 414, 1st Floor, Empire Complex, Sena Pati Bapat Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai-400013, Maharashtra Working Days: Monday Friday About the Role We are looking for an Payroll and HR Operations Executive to be deployed onsite at our client location . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations and payroll coordination and will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle while acting as the primary HR point of contact for the client. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation, joining formalities, and induction coordination. Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the client for all HR operations-related activities. Coordinate with internal HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to ensure smooth employee lifecycle management. Validate employee attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs before payroll processing. Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement. Handle employee queries related to payroll, attendance, leave, HR policies, and benefits. Manage Full & Final (FnF) settlement, exit formalities, and employee offboarding. Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and statutory compliance documents. Generate and maintain HR reports, MIS, and payroll-related reports. Ensure adherence to company policies, client requirements, and HR compliance standards. Required Skills 1 3 years of experience in HR Operations and Payroll. Good understanding of payroll processing, attendance management, leave management, and employee lifecycle processes. Experience in onboarding, offboarding, and Full & Final settlements. Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.
