Engineer Recruiter (MDC)

Job Title: Engineering & Technical Hiring Experience: 0-5Years Location: CIEL HR, Varsha Tech Park, 9J38+PHG, Ring Road, Hebbal Industrial Estate, Hebbal, Mysuru, Karnataka 570016 Working Days and time: Monday to Friday (9.30AM to 6.30PM) Domain: Engineering / Technical Recruitment Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for Engineering and Technical roles across industries such as: Oil & Gas / EPC Aerospace / Aircraft Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing Mining & Metals Automotive Heavy Engineering Power & Renewable Energy Should have strong experience in hiring white-collar engineering professionals such as Design Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Instrumentation Engineers, Project Engineers, Production Engineers, Quality Engineers, Maintenance Engineers and similar technical roles. Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases and other sourcing channels. Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, industry exposure, location and compensation. Coordinate with internal stakeholders/client SPOCs throughout the recruitment cycle. Schedule interviews and ensure regular candidate follow-up until selection. Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on assigned positions. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for niche and recurring engineering requirements. Should be comfortable working on multiple requirements and meeting recruitment targets. Mandatory Requirements 0 5 years of recruitment experience. Must have recruitment experience in at least one core engineering domain , preferably: Oil & Gas, Aerospace/Aircraft, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mining, Automotive, Heavy Engineering, Power or Renewable Energy. Strong exposure to white-collar/technical engineering hiring is mandatory. Should have a good understanding of engineering skills, job titles and candidate profiles. Good sourcing and candidate screening skills. Good communication and stakeholder-management skills. Should be able to communicate reasonably well in English and Hindi. Knowledge of the local language will be an added advantage. Oil & Gas experience is preferred but not mandatory if the candidate has strong recruitment experience in another engineering domain.
