Job Description EPC Recruiter Experience: 2.5 4 Years Employment Type: Full-time Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH) Opportunity-Monday to Friday (9.30 to 6.30) Joining Preference: Immediate Joiners Preferred https://www.cielhr.com/ Locations Ahmedabad /Mumbai /Bangalore Interview Process 2 Interview Rounds (Virtual) Job Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) hiring. Source and recruit white-collar professionals such as Engineers, Designers, Project Engineers, Design Engineers, Planning Engineers, and other technical professionals. Work on hiring requirements across Oil & Gas, Power, Renewable Energy, and related Engineering domains . Manage a high volume of Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring requirements. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Screen, assess, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of hires. Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers. Required Skills & Experience 2.5 4 years of recruitment experience. Strong experience in white-collar hiring within EPC/Engineering domains. Experience hiring for Oil & Gas, Power, Renewable Energy, or related Engineering industries . Hands-on experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment is mandatory. Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. Note Candidates with only blue-collar recruitment experience will not be considered. Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in technical white-collar hiring within EPC projects.
