Work Permit Receiver (WPR)

Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Contract Experience: Freshers to 1 Year Salary: SAR 1,250 – 1,500 per month Job Summary The Work Permit Receiver (WPR) is responsible for coordinating, receiving, tracking, and monitoring work permits for site activities while ensuring full compliance with client Permit-to-Work (PTW) procedures, HSE regulations, and project safety standards. The role acts as the communication bridge between operations, construction, maintenance, HSE teams, and permit issuers to ensure work is executed safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities • Receive, review, and coordinate work permits for daily site activities. • Ensure all work is performed according to approved permit conditions. • Coordinate with Operations, Construction, Maintenance, and HSE teams. • Verify safety precautions before work starts. • Monitor permit validity, extensions, suspensions, and closures. • Maintain accurate permit logs and documentation. • Ensure compliance with client PTW procedures and HSE standards. • Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and inspections. • Communicate permit requirements to supervisors and work crews. • Report unsafe conditions and assist in corrective actions. • Support project teams in maintaining safe work practices.
