JOB DESCRIPTION OF IT EXECUTIVE

• Location: Ambernath, Maharashtra

• Eligibility: Any graduate/postgraduate

• Compensation: Upto 3LPA (CTC: 18K – 25K Per Month)

• Working Days: 6 days a week

• Other Requirements: 6-month bond and 7 days of unpaid training for the IT Executive role

Key Skills:

● Good verbal and written communication skills

● Ability to work accurately in a busy and demanding environment

● Self-motivated with the ability to work proactively using own initiative

● Well versed with Microsoft Office, Website browsing and handling Emails

● Good analytical and problem-solving ability.

Job Responsibilities:

● Maintenance/Updating Students Details database

● Checking support and contact mail of school

● Checking students’ online leave applications and requests for modifications

● Sending messages on behalf of the school to the parents

● Checking conversation on e-care panel and informing the concerned people

● Sending remarks on teacher’s behalf

● Keeping e-Care panel up to date and take action on panel related problems

of Parents, Teachers and Students

● Keeping school website up to date and contacting Head office for any issues

● Working on ERP software and sending its backup to Head office like Report Cards, fee

Entry, Library Books entry etc.

● Attending PTM’s and maintaining complaint log book

● Attending School Assembly and sending reports, in case of any important event.

Working Days

6 Days (Monday to Saturday)
