Role Overview

CIEL HR is looking for BBA/MBA students for a Business Development role focused

on lead generation, conducting product demos, and setting up customer meetings.

This is a field-based, client-facing role suited to students who want practical

exposure to sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and build a pipeline of prospective customers

• Conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients

• Set up and coordinate customer meetings

• Build and maintain relationships with prospects

• Follow up consistently to move leads through the pipeline
