Join our dynamic team and be a part of something meaningful. Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth across key markets. Key Responsibilities :  Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, networking, social media, and field visits.  Be responsible for Residential Real Estate Sales in Bangalore, achieve monthly revenue targets, Organize, Plan and Implement (real-estate) project specific sales.  Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools  Schedule and conduct client meetings and site visits.  Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices.  Understand clients' needs and propose solutions that suit them best.  Converting prospects into buyer by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to them, matching the investment need of the prospects.  Work closely with internal CRM team to ensure hassle free after sales service  Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity. Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.  0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles (preferred).  Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  Ability to work independently and in a team environment.  Fluent in English; knowledge of Kannada or Hindi is an advantage.  Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.  Able to motivate & lead in a critical environment.  Positive attitude towards customer service at all times.  Good/excellent experience in handling with Clients/Customers. Remuneration: 3 to 6 LPA + Performance based Incentives upto 10 lakhs Fixed Salary + Quarterly Incentives+ Half yearly Increment (Performance Based) Language: English + Hindi + Any South Indian language
