Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to
join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying
business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth across
key markets.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, networking, social
media, and field visits.
Be responsible for Residential Real Estate Sales in Bangalore, achieve monthly
revenue targets, Organize, Plan and Implement (real-estate) project specific
sales.
Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools
Schedule and conduct client meetings and site visits.
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices.
Understand clients' needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
Converting prospects into buyer by show-casing appropriate primary residential
properties to them, matching the investment need of the prospects.
Work closely with internal CRM team to ensure hassle free after sales service
Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster
innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems
creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles
(preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Kannada or Hindi is an advantage.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
Able to motivate & lead in a critical environment.
Positive attitude towards customer service at all times.
Good/excellent experience in handling with Clients/Customers.
Remuneration:
3 to 6 LPA + Performance based Incentives upto 10 lakhs
Fixed Salary + Quarterly Incentives+ Half yearly Increment (Performance Based)
Language:
English + Hindi + Any South Indian language
