About the Role

We are looking for a PV Executive – Physical Verification who will be responsible

for conducting physical verification visits at residential and/or professional

locations as part of the background verification process. The ideal candidate

should be comfortable with field visits, interacting with individuals and collecting

accurate data

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct physical verification visits at candidate residential and/or

employment addresses.

● Visit assigned locations and verify the authenticity of the provided

address and related details.

● Collect and record accurate information during field visits.

● Capture required photographs, documents, and other supporting

evidence as per company/client requirements.

● Ensure all verification activities are conducted as per company SOPs and

client guidelines.

● Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.

● Update the verification status in the internal system/portal on a timely

basis.

● Manage multiple verification assignments and complete them within the

given timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 0–2 years of experience in BGV, BPO, field verification, field operations,

or a similar role.

● Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to travel for field

visits may also be considered.

● Good verbal communication skills.

● Comfortable with field visits and local travel.

● Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel / mobile applications.
