Senior Manager – Marketplace Business (Amazon & Flipkart)

About the Role

As Indian Snack House continues to grow, we are looking for someone who has launched a D2C brand, built the business from the ground up, and driven significant growth on these platforms. We want someone with a proven track record of building a marketplace business, not just managing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Launch & Growth: Lead the end-to-end launch and scaling of our brand on Amazon and Flipkart.

• Revenue & Business Ownership: Drive significant revenue growth, customer acquisition, category expansion and profitability.

• Marketplace Strategy: Own product assortment, pricing, positioning, catalog and go-to-market strategy.

• Performance & Visibility: Drive organic rankings, advertising, conversion and sales growth across both platforms.

• Business Operations: Work closely with supply chain and internal teams to ensure inventory availability and operational efficiency.

• Growth & Profitability: Build a scalable marketplace business with a strong focus on sustainable growth and unit economics.

Requirements

• Proven experience launching and scaling a D2C brand on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces.

• A strong track record of driving significant, measurable revenue growth.

• Experience building a marketplace business from scratch and taking it to scale.

• Strong understanding of marketplace growth, performance marketing, and business economics.

• Someone who takes ownership, thinks entrepreneurially and knows how to build and grow a business.
