About Arkahub

Arkahub is on a mission to make every home energy independent. We are building a residential rooftop solar company that makes solar adoption simple, accessible, and seamless for Indian homeowners.

We design, supply, install, and service the entire rooftop solar system, creating a hassle-free experience for homeowners. As we scale, we are looking for individuals who enjoy solving ambiguous problems, building things from scratch, and taking ownership beyond just executing assigned tasks.

The Role :

We are looking for a proactive and entrepreneurial Growth Intern (EIR) to work closely with the Growth team at Arkahub.

This is not a conventional internship where you simply execute predefined tasks. You will be given business problem statements, expected to break them down, develop solutions, build systems and processes, and drive them through to implementation.

You will get the opportunity to work on real business challenges, take independent ownership, and see your ideas translate into measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

 Problem Ownership: Take ownership of business problem statements, break them down, identify

opportunities, and drive solutions from ideation to execution.

 Building Systems & Processes: Set up scalable systems, workflows, and processes to improve the

efficiency and effectiveness of the Growth team.

 Growth Initiatives: Identify bottlenecks, explore new opportunities, and work on initiatives that can

accelerate business growth.

 Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Founder's

Office to drive projects forward.

 Execution & Implementation: Move beyond recommendations and ensure that proposed solutions

are implemented, tracked, and evaluated.

 Continuous Improvement: Monitor outcomes, identify gaps, and iterate on processes to deliver better

results.

What We Are Looking For :

 A highly driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of ownership.

 Someone who enjoys solving open-ended problems and is comfortable working with ambiguity.

 Strong analytical, structured thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

 Ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive projects to completion.

 Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

 Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

 Prior experience in startups, consulting, strategy, business operations, or growth roles is a plus, but

not mandatory.
