• Eligibility: Any graduate/postgraduate; female candidates only (Immediate Joiners will be preferred)

• Compensation: Between 3 - 4.5 LPA (As per industry standards) 

• Working Days: 6 days a week

• Other Requirements: 6-month bond, personal laptop mandatory

Qualification: Any Graduate or Post-Graduate

Eligibility: 0-3 Years (Freshers are welcomed)

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and confident candidate to connect with stakeholders through calls and digital platforms, understand their requirements, and provide information about our ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and a willingness to learn about emerging technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities

•Connect with potential and existing stakeholders using provided data and digital platforms.

•Understand stakeholder requirements and pitch them with effective ERP Solutions.

•Maintain accurate stakeholder information and interaction records in the CRM.

•Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries and concerns if any.

•Process orders and maintain relevant records accurately, wherever required.

•Handle stakeholder grievances professionally and build positive business relationships.

•Should have a Customer-Centric Approach.

•Basic computer knowledge.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in English.

•Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

•Good persuasion skills and a proactive approach.

•Patience and the ability to handle stakeholder queries tactfully.

•Willingness to learn new technologies and ERP solutions.
