HR Recruiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Requirements:

1. Basic knowledge of recruitment and the hiring process.

2. Should have their own laptop.

3. Candidates must be from Bangalore.

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to source and screen candidates effectively.

6. Basic knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn recruitment is an advantage.

7. Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

8. Candidate should be a graduate
   
   Roles and Responsibilities:

   1. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

   2. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.

   3. Conduct initial candidate calls and assess their suitability for the role.

   4. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.

   5. Maintain and update candidate information and recruitment records.

   6. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

   7. Coordinate with candidates regarding interview results, offers, and joining dates.

   8. Assist with the preparation and release of offer letters.

   9. Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.

   10. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
