Account Executive

Job Overview

Inoflex Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Account Executive to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates with 0–1 year of experience who are looking to build their career in accounting and business operations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining records, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting with routine financial and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial and accounting records.

• Assist with day-to-day accounting and documentation activities.

• Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel.

• Handle data entry and ensure accuracy of records.

• Coordinate with internal departments for required information and documentation.

• Support the team in routine administrative and accounting tasks.

• Assist in preparing invoices, statements, and other relevant documents.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Maintain proper filing and organization of financial documents.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

Candidate Profile

• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

• Graduate / B.Com / BBA / MBA candidates preferred.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computers.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
