Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore

Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)

 

Role:

 

- Handle inbound customer calls for services

- Resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction

- Maintain proper call records

 

Eligibility:

 

- Graduate / Undergraduate

-  Freshers or Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or similar role.

- basic/ Good communication skills.

 

Shifts:

 

- Male: Rotational

- Female: Between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM

- Work Days: 6 days/week with rotational offs
