Location: Panvel, Navi Mumbai

Salary: Upto ₹3 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off

ABOUT THE ROLE

Kreya is seeking a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The

ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including

candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and onboarding.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks,

references, and other recruitment channels.

- Review and screen resumes according to specific job requirements.

- Conduct initial telephonic screening to evaluate candidates' communication skills, experience,

interest, and eligibility.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.

- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment databases regularly.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.

- Assist candidates with documentation and joining formalities.

- Maintain a healthy recruitment pipeline and ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies.

- Achieve individual and team recruitment targets.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- Education: Any Graduate.

- Experience: Freshers and candidates with relevant recruitment experience are welcome to

apply.

- Pursuing candidates may also apply.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong coordination and convincing abilities.

- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.- Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes will be an added

advantage.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Annual CTC: ₹3 LPA

Additional Incentives: Performance-Based Incentives

Employment: Full-Time
