Position Overview

Sahara Star, a prestigious 5-star hotel in Mumbai, is hiring Hotel Management freshers for the

position of F&B Associate. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in a professional

luxury hospitality environment and gain hands-on experience in Food & Beverage operations,

guest service, and hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide warm, courteous, and professional service.

- Assist guests with their food and beverage requirements.

- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

- Maintain proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.

- Ensure a smooth and pleasant dining experience for all guests.

- Coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding, Front Office, and other departments.

- Follow hotel SOPs, service standards, and food safety guidelines.

- Attend to guest requests, queries, and basic concerns professionally.

- Maintain proper grooming, etiquette, and professional conduct.

- Assist the F&B team with daily outlet operations.

- Ensure timely clearing and resetting of tables.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned work area.

Candidate Eligibility

- Freshers are eligible to apply.

- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Pleasant personality with a positive and service-oriented attitude.

- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional.

- Strong interest in building a career in the hospitality industry.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

- Candidates passionate about guest service and luxury hospitality are preferred.
