ProSculpt is committed to making our platform usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is part of how we design and build, and we treat it as an ongoing commitment rather than a one-time effort.
1Our commitment
We aim to align our design and development with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as a practical standard. In day-to-day work this means we strive to provide readable text and sufficient colour contrast, clear structure and headings, descriptive labels for forms and controls, keyboard navigability, and support for assistive technologies such as screen readers.
2Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is never finished. As we add and update features, we test against accessibility best practices and work to fix barriers we discover. We also welcome feedback from people who use assistive technologies, as it is one of the most valuable ways for us to improve.
3Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the platform may not yet be fully accessible: for example certain third-party content, complex interactive components, or older pages awaiting an update. Where you encounter a barrier, please let us know so we can prioritise a fix and, where possible, offer an alternative way to access the content or service.
4Report an accessibility issue
If you experience any difficulty accessing part of ProSculpt, or have a suggestion to improve accessibility, we want to hear from you. Please report it through our grievance page or email us at info@prosculpt.co. Where you can, please include the page or feature involved, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using. This helps us reproduce and resolve the issue quickly.
