Build a resume, check it against a job, and export it

Import a resume or start from a template. See how ready it is for automated screening, compare it with a job description, and review every AI suggestion before it changes anything. Export a PDF or a Word file.

The Free plan needs no payment details.

The loop

From an existing resume to one written for a job

Each step uses the result of the one before it. You can stop after any of them.

  1. Import or start

Upload a PDF, DOCX or TXT resume, or start from a template. ProSculpt reads the file into sections you can check and correct, and marks the parts it was unsure how to read.

  2. Check it

See the ATS Compatibility Score and the issues behind it. Every issue says what was found, why it matters and how to fix it.

  3. Compare it with a job

Paste a job description. ProSculpt lists the required skills and keywords your resume already shows, the ones that are missing and the ones that appear only in passing.

  4. Review AI suggestions

Ask for a rewrite or a tailored version. Each change appears as a before and after with a reason. You accept, reject or edit each one, and nothing is applied on its own.

  5. Export

Download your resume as a PDF or a Word (DOCX) file. The pricing page shows which formats each plan includes.

ATS Compatibility Score

A score that says what it is

The ATS Compatibility Score is ProSculpt's own estimate. It is not a score from any employer's system, it does not copy any vendor's scoring, and no tool can tell you how a particular company's software will rank you. Use it to find problems worth fixing, not as a pass or fail result.

How the score is built
PartPointsWhat it covers
Parsing and structure20Whether the file can be read, and whether contact details, sections and dates are easy to find.
Skills25Skills that fit the role, and whether your experience shows them instead of only listing them.
Keywords in context20Terms from the job description or the target role, used in context.
Experience15Relevant experience, seniority and how well each entry is described.
Completeness10Whether the sections a reader expects are present and filled in.
Formatting10Layout choices that some parsers misread, such as columns, icons or light text on a dark panel.

The points come from fixed rules, not from an AI model, so the same resume gets the same score every time.

AI you can check

Suggestions are compared with your resume before you see them

The AI is told to work only with what your resume already says. Then a separate check in code compares every proposed change with your resume and flags anything new.

These are flagged when they appear in a suggestion and are not in your resume:

  • Numbers, percentages and amounts your resume does not state
  • Employers or organisations that are not in your resume
  • Job titles, or a higher level than the one you hold
  • Technologies and skills mentioned nowhere in your resume
  • Certifications and licences you have not listed
  • Degrees you have not listed

A flagged change is never applied on its own. You confirm it, edit it or reject it. A job description never counts as proof of your experience, so tailoring can reorder and rephrase what is in your resume but cannot add to it.

Your name, email address, phone number, location and links are replaced with placeholders before text is sent to an AI provider, and put back afterwards.

The check is automatic and can miss things. Read every change before you accept it.

Templates

Templates, labelled by how safely they can be read

Every template is drawn from the same resume data, so switching never loses content. The safety label says how likely a strict parser is to read the layout correctly.

What the labels mean

ATS safety: high
One column, standard headings, dark text on white, no icons or images. The safest layout for strict parsers.
ATS safety: balanced
One reading order, with something a strict parser could misread, such as a narrow second column, dates in a gutter or headings styled like code comments.
ATS safety: creative
A filled side panel with light text on a dark background. Parsers handle this layout least well, so it suits a resume you send to a person.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Who can sign up?

Anyone who is 18 or older can create an account with an email address. You confirm the address with a one-time code, choose a password and agree to how your resumes are processed. The account is an ordinary ProSculpt student account, so the same email and password also work on the rest of ProSculpt. If your email address already has a ProSculpt account, sign in instead. Employer, college and trainer accounts use their own ProSculpt portals, not this site.

Is it free?

Yes. The Free plan costs nothing and needs no payment details. It includes 3 resume imports a month, 3 ATS checks a day, 5 AI writing actions a month and 3 job description analyses a month. Student Pro is Rs 1,299 a year (Rs 108 a month billed annually) and Student Pro+ is Rs 2,499 a year (Rs 208 a month billed annually). The pricing page lists every limit side by side.

What is the ATS Compatibility Score?

It is ProSculpt's own estimate, out of 100, of how easily automated screening can read your resume and how well it matches a job description you provide. It is built from 6 parts: parsing and structure, skills, keywords in context, experience, completeness and formatting. The points come from fixed rules, not from an AI model, so the same resume gets the same score every time. Every issue behind the score says what was found, why it matters and how to fix it.

Does a high score mean I will get an interview?

No. The score points out problems worth fixing. Employers use different software and different rules, and people make the final decision, so no score can promise an interview or a job. Use it as a checklist, not as a pass or fail result.

Can the AI make things up about me?

The AI is told to work only with what your resume already says. A separate check in code then compares every proposed change with your resume and flags any number, employer, job title, technology, certification or degree that is new. A flagged change is never applied on its own: you confirm it, edit it or reject it. A job description never counts as proof of your experience. The check is automatic and can miss things, so read every change before you accept it.

What is sent to an AI provider?

Only the parts of your resume that a task needs. Your name, email address, phone number, location and links are replaced with placeholders before anything is sent, and put back afterwards. Text you write in a bullet or a summary can still be sent, so leave out anything you do not want a third-party provider to process. The providers are third parties and may process data outside India. The subprocessors page on the main site lists them.
