Our assessment platform, live classroom and proctoring are built in-house. To run them we rely on a small set of trusted infrastructure providers ("sub-processors") that process personal data on our behalf. Each is bound by contract to protect your data, to process it only on our instructions, and to maintain appropriate security. Some of these providers operate outside India, which means certain processing (notably AI features and some email) takes place abroad. We disclose this transparently and require appropriate safeguards by contract. See our AI Transparency Policy for detail on AI providers.
