ProSculpt uses artificial intelligence to help candidates and employers connect more effectively. We believe you should always know when AI is involved, what it is doing, and where the limits are. This page explains our use of AI in plain language and tells you how to opt out. It complements our Privacy Policy.
1Where we use AI
We use AI to assist with the following:
Job matching: generating a fit score and breakdown between a candidate's profile and a role, and producing recommendations and rankings.
Assessment scoring: helping evaluate certain assessment responses, including open-text answers, and surfacing insights from results.
Resume analysis: reading a resume to extract structure, summarise experience and skills, and check alignment with a job description.
Interview communication-analysis: for practice and proctored interviews, providing feedback on observable communication, such as clarity and engagement.
2What we measure, and what we don't
Our interview and assessment tools focus on observable, job-relevant signals, for example communication clarity, engagement, speech and demonstrated skills. They are designed to give constructive, skills-oriented feedback.
What it measures
- Communication clarity
- Engagement and responsiveness
- Speech and articulation
- Demonstrated skills and knowledge
What it does not do
- No emotion detection
- No mental-state or personality prediction
- No inference of health or medical conditions
- No biometric identification from your face beyond proctoring integrity
We do not use AI to detect emotions, predict your mental state, or make inferences about protected characteristics. Proctoring imagery is used only to support assessment integrity, is stored privately, and is deleted on a defined schedule. See our Data Retention schedule.
3Human review & your right to contest
AI assists decisions; it does not replace human judgement. Hiring decisions are made by employers, not by ProSculpt, and we provide a human-readable breakdown (such as a match breakdown or the reason a result fell short) so outcomes can be understood and reviewed by a person.
4Limitations & fairness
AI systems are not perfect. They can make mistakes, and they can reflect biases present in data. We work to reduce these risks (for example by keeping a human in the loop for consequential outcomes, providing explanations, and reviewing our models), but we cannot guarantee that any AI output is free of error or bias. AI results should be treated as one input among several, not a final verdict on a person.
5Data minimisation
We aim to send the AI only what a feature genuinely needs. Where possible we remove or reduce directly identifying details (such as email, phone number and government identifiers) before data is processed by an AI provider. Some features that depend on the full text of a resume or answer may process more in order to work as intended.
6Third-party AI providers
ProSculpt does not train its own large language models. We use trusted third-party AI providers to power these features:
| Provider | Role | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Groq | Primary AI model provider | United States |
| Anthropic | Fallback / higher-quality AI tasks | United States |
Because these providers operate in the United States, using these AI features means some of your data is processed outside India. Our contracts require providers to safeguard your data and not to reuse it to train their models on our prompts. The full list of all our service providers is on the Sub-processors page.
7How to opt out of AI processing
AI processing of your data is an optional, separate consent. You can decline it or withdraw it at any time:
7.1 Go to your account settings โ Consent preferences and turn off AI processing (and related options such as Job matching). You can manage this from your settings page.
7.2 Or contact us through the grievance page and ask us to stop AI processing of your data.
